The SLP74AHC14 is a high-speed Si-gate CMOS device. This device performs the Boolean function Y=A.
The SLP74AHC14 contains six independent inverters. Each circuit functions as an independent inverter. Because of the Schmitt-Trigger action, the inverters are capable of transforming slowly changing input signals into sharply defined, jitter-free output signals.
Balanced propagation delays
All inputs have Schmitt-trigger actions
Inputs accept voltages higher than VCC
CMOS level input
ESD protection:
HBM Exceeds 2000V
CDM Exceeds 1000V
Latch-up performance exceeds 100mA
Specified from -40°C to +85°C and from -40°C to +125°C
